Apple and Pear Mince Pies (Box of 4)

We slow bake organic apples, quince, dates, currants, figs and sultanas in a heady mix of panela sugar, fresh orange zest, spices, Devon-made Two Drifters rum and Cornish cider to make our mincemeat. This is then packed into a rich, crumbly pastry case made with UK stoneground spelt and wheat flour.
