SPECIAL: Poached Pear Bostock
We're making the most of the English pear season with our latest bostock flavour:
We start with a thick slice of sweet sourdough bread, which is soaked in a ginger, lemon and vanilla syrup and topped with poached pear compote and vegan frangipane to create a deliciously moist treat.
