Luxury Sourdough Stollen

A decadent sweet loaf packed with sultanas, currants and candied peel that have been soaked in festive spices and heady Two Drifters spiced rum, and wrapped around a generous log of housemade marzipan. After baking the loaves are basted in melted vegan butter and doused in icing sugar, adding a decadent finish and helping to preserve the stollen for longer.
