Heyl Loaf

Our signature country-style sourdough, made over three days. This large loaf is made from a blend of wholemeal, brown and white wheat flours, including heritage and population grains regeneratively grown and stone-milled in Devon and Cornwall. This is definitely not your classic ‘white sourdough’, but it is made firmly in the spirit of what we believe a good sourdough should be.
