Introduction to Sourdough bread class
On our one-day Introduction to Sourdough bread class, you'll learn how to make a variety of naturally-leveaned breads, as well as gaining a greater understanding of the sourdough process and the significance of using stoneground flour and heritage grains in your baking.
Food and refreshments will be provided throughout the day, and you'll come away with a bounty of freshly baked bread, as well as your own recipe booklet, banneton and dough scraper so that you have everything you need to start baking at home.

Terms and Conditions: Attendees must be aged 16 years or over. If you are no longer able to attend a class that you have booked, please contact us at email@example.com as soon as possible. Cancellations received at least 14 days ahead of the date the class is due to take place will receive a full refund. If notice of cancellation is less than 14 days, we will do our best to accommodate you in another class on a date that works for you, but cannot guarantee that this will be possible.
